Yea, Ortho posting done!

Hooooraaaay~~~
Can't believe it has been 3 weeks I done my ortho posting
Seriously, time flies
The 4 months of life in the most malignant posting as the rumours spread was really tough and challenging
Thanks god I had made it!
Really grateful to have so many seniors and nice bosses who helped me a lot along the way

Looking back to the first day I entered Ortho posting
I was so dumb, sooooo noooobie
Clerked one case with my batchmate together and presented to Mr. W, he was mad and scolded us so loud
I won't forget that patient although she had passed away

Would not forget the reason I cried on the 3rd day of tagging (The Bloodbank MLT)
Would not forget he (Mr. S) took the advantages and touched me
Would not forget my batchmate (CK) and I caused a big trouble for one pt
Would not forget I went back @ 4.30am and came to work @ 6am (12 cases)
Would not forget they did not assign anyone for me to tag in OT, HO N came in for 1st case then I was alone the whole day
Would not forget how I got scolded by Dr. Z on the first case for tagged OT day 1
Would not forget I'm the only HO who tagged OT for 2 days
Would not forget the reaction of Dr. Fxxrxx when she saw the morphine syringe was empty
Would not forget the reason I can't offtag on time and who is the one offtag me
Would not forget the last day of tagging Mdm J is the one who saved me, a newbie in OPD
Would not forget how J I was during my ED night with 17 cases on that day
Would not forget those days my Seniors brought me out for lunchie during weekend
Would not forget my Peri team life, although I cried like newbie again
Would not forget the day of my assessment with Ms. N
Would not forget the expression of Mr. W during assessment but commented "Keen to learn and improve"
Would not forget the bossess joked with me that they will find the way to extend me just bcz they like me, wanna keep me in department to help and want me to attend the dinner
Would not forget Dr. Cxxw who belanja me so many times
Would not forget how nice Mr. Nx treated me throughout my ortho posting
Would not forget my colleague Lxxx who helped and guided me a lot throughout my Ortho posting



Met a lot of nice ppl,
Learnt to be independent,
Gained so many useful skills
Understood attitude matters

Finally It's PTM and Lapor Diri

So it's 1 month after the e-Housemen application (22th May)

Still feel like I'm dreaming

bcz I really got my first choice: 

HOSPITAL SULTAN ISMAIL, JB

My friends kept saying I am so damn lucky

The only thg I wanna say is 

Thanks God for blessing me

Then I prepare everythg need for lapor diri and PTM

Honestly to say,

actually I have no idea what PTM is, What we will be doing 

but when the time comes you ll knw or u can google it or asking around

hahaahhahah

Documents needed for PTM are just very simple and don't need to certify

1. Sijil Perakuan Pendaftaran Sementara (MMC) -1 copy

2. Borang Permeriksaan Perubatan (Pin. 1/2013) -1 copy

3. Surat Tawaran Perlantikan -1 copy

4. Borang profil pesserta* -2 copies

    

   *can be downloaded from e-housemen page when they announce the venue for PTM

So what to bring during PTM?

PTM usually starts at 2pm and it is a 5 days programme.

Gov spends almost RM 500-600/ pax for PTM

you don't have to worry about food and accommodation

they will provide it 

you just have to bring formal wear, pakaian sukan and kain batik (Sunday for Johor, Kelantan, Kedah, Terengganu)

My intake is considered lucky one bcz our PTM Johor was held in Berjaya Waterfront Hotel

But we just gt no enough time to enjoy those facilities and the comfy bed

U have to sit inside the hall and listen to the talk for whole day (8am-11pm)

fortunately, there are small breaks in btw and u will eat for 6 times/ day

the group works are Lukisan aliran air and Drama

just google and u can find the answer for individual task as wel

No worries, you ll confirm pass ur PTM though they like to say somethg to make u scare

Believe me, u ll definitely miss PTM.

and I miss my five days roommate a lots.

Regarding Lapor Diri

for those who got HSI, u can just prepare ur documents according to the senarai semak
and prepare 4 passport size photos.

For unit kewangan, prepare 2 copies of the following:
1. Salinan IC
2. Salinan akauan bank
3. Salinan KWSP
4. Salinan Surat Tawaran

For tuntutan Elaun Tambang jalan, 1 copy of the following:
1. Salinan surat KKM, PTM
2. Salina akaun bank
3. Salinan IC
4. Resit asal perjalanan (for Sabahan and Sarawakian)
